OS GIOCIDE is an excellent fast-acting, non-oxidising broad spectrum biocide containing 25% Glutaraldehyde.

Advantages

The kill mechanism of Glutaraldehyde based biocides is by cross-linking the outer proteins of cells and preventing permeability. Glutaraldehyde is environmentally friendly as it is easily biodegradable. OS GIOCIDE does not exhibit foaming tendencies, remains effective at high pH levels and performs very well at high temperatures.

Application

A normal dosage of 10 – 500 ppm is recommended, although higher dosages can be applied for initial treatment.

OS GIOCIDE is packaged in 200 kg drums.
